clean roomguest inconvenience
the room was clean enough, i guess.
I waited an eternity for one that wasn't already crammed, and that's just annoying when you're trying to get anywhere. clearly, the hotel prioritized events over guest convenience, it was not fun.

The location was convenient for exploring the area.
The room cleaning was inconsistent. Some days, it was thorough, but other days, I could tell cleaning took shortcuts. Toiletries were NOT replaced regularly, a big inconvenience. Getting assistance from the front desk to fix this was difficult. LUGGAGE storage was convenient, though management needs to improve the process. It bogged down the lobby and created long wait times.

the hotel rooms were clean. the location was close to many attractions. the lobby bar gave me free drink tickets. it was a nice touch.
i waited long times. the room was small for two adults with suitcases. it was not easy.
