long elevator wait guest inconvenience
the room was clean enough, i guess.
The elevators were a nightmare. I waited an eternity for one that wasn't already crammed, and that's just annoying when you're trying to get anywhere. clearly, the hotel prioritized events over guest convenience, it was not fun.

inconsistent cleaning long wait
The location was convenient for exploring the area.
The room cleaning was inconsistent. Some days, it was thorough, but other days, I could tell cleaning took shortcuts. Toiletries were NOT replaced regularly, a big inconvenience. Getting assistance from the front desk to fix this was difficult. LUGGAGE storage was convenient, though management needs to improve the process. It bogged down the lobby and created long wait times.
